Kortnee Smith was born and raised in Tooele, Utah. She holds the distinction of being the oldest of five siblings and is the beloved daughter of two exceptional parents who instilled in her the values of hard work and unwavering perseverance as the keys to achieving success.

Kortnee's upbringing was marked by a strong affinity for sports, particularly softball and wrestling. In 2021, she tied the knot with her high school sweetheart, and the couple subsequently embarked on their homeownership journey in Tooele. Their household is now home to three adoring and extravagantly pampered dogs.

Her career path began at the age of 15 when she joined her father as a plumbing and contracting laborer. At the age of 16, she achieved her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license, which paved the way for her to commence work at a local nursing home. Kortnee's high school journey culminated in her graduation from Tooele High School in 2020, after which she ventured into the field of in-home nursing.

Subsequently, she embraced nursing school while working night shifts at Intermountain Hospital, rotating through various hospital units, including the maternity ward. However, she received medical counsel advising her to cease this intense work regimen due to its detrimental impact on her health. After a brief hiatus, Kortnee decided to pursue another cherished aspiration: becoming a real estate agent through enrollment at Stringham Schools. In the interim, she worked as a waitress before finally transitioning into her dream job of dog training.

Kortnee's passion for real estate was ignited after purchasing her first home. She recently celebrated her graduation from Stringham Schools, where she successfully passed her real estate licensing exam on her first attempt. Throughout her high school years, she developed a keen interest in financial security and budgeting, offering her assistance to individuals striving to manage their finances effectively and realize their dreams. Now armed with formal education and qualifications, she eagerly anticipates a professional role where she can help people achieve their homeownership aspirations.

A perpetual enthusiast for acquiring new skills and broadening her knowledge across diverse domains, Kortnee's future ambitions include acquiring property and constructing her dream home in a quaint small town. She also envisions investing in rental properties to facilitate her role as a stay-at-home mom.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kortnee is a nature enthusiast, finding solace in the mountains and engaging in activities such as hiking, camping, and wildlife observation. Her dogs are her constant companions in outdoor adventures, partaking in activities like bikejoring, swimming, and running. She also generously shares her expertise by coaching her 8-year-old sister in softball and serves as an assistant coach for the Tooele High Girls Wrestling team.
